Have you ever felt like you’ve been walking around with your high beams at full blast, overwhelmed with anxiety? ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ

Anxiety, a feeling I know all too well. But recently, I stumbled upon some wisdom from Alexandra at the Big Life Podcast that really resonated with me. She spoke on the importance of shifting those high beams down to lessen worries and reduce anxiety. And let me tell you, it’s been a game-changer.

Big Life with Alexandra Evans

Let’s rewind to a few years ago when I first dipped my toes into the world of online tutoring. ๐Ÿ’ป Armed with determination and a laptop, I set out on my journey to conquer the digital realm. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a whirlwind adventure filled with ups and downs. But hey, isn’t that what makes life interesting? ๐ŸŽข Everything seems to be running smoothly, business is booming and expanding… until it wasn’t. So I shifted and tried something else. Hard Stop. Cue Ross yelling PIVOT! Just when I thought I had everything figured out, life threw me ANOTHER curveball, forcing me to adapt and, you guessed it, pivot.

But here’s the thing about pivoting: it’s not about changing direction entirely; it’s about finding a new perspective. ๐Ÿ’ก Whether it’s rearranging my schedule to accommodate unexpected family obligations or exploring new opportunities in uncharted territories, each pivot has taught me valuable lessons about resilience and adaptability.

Now, onto the latest developments amidst the chaos:

The last few days have been a whirlwind of trying to hone in on what’s most important amidst the chaos. The biggest fires (or floods in our case) ๐Ÿ™ƒ that needed to be taken care of seemed to change every hour. While I can’t share all the details, just trust me when I say, it’s been A LOT, and I am TIRED. So, it’s time to turn down those high beams and focus on tackling one task at a time.

Let me illuminate what the high beams have revealed:

First off, I hosted my second webinar turned 3-day live event with bronchitis while traveling across the country. Talk about a wild ride! ๐ŸŽข Then, I launched the second round of my coaching program, revamped my entire website and online business software, and even started offering a brand new assessment service complete with a free 20-minute consultation call. ๐Ÿ˜… Oh, and did I mention I’m starting my next round of Teacher Transformers weekly support sessions? I’m absolutely buzzing with excitement! If you’ve ever considered starting your own online tutoring business, let me help you streamline your process to make more money than your teaching salary. This is the perfect time to join Teacher Transformers, with our next group meeting set for 8 pm on Monday, April 29th.

But amidst all this hustle and bustle, this weekend is all about taking a breather and focusing on my cousin’s bachelorette party at the beach! ๐Ÿ–๏ธ I’ve made sure to automate everything that can be automated and set reminders for anything that needs reminding. That means I’m leaving my laptop at home and not worrying about work while I’m on vacation. ๐Ÿคž Here’s hoping everything runs smoothly in my absence. And if it doesn’t? Well, I’ll deal with it when I get back on Wednesday. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
