Empowering Burnt-Out Teachers and Parents: A Journey to Flexibility and Joy
Hello, amazing educators and parents!
As I write this, I’m preparing to meet our baby girl. Tonight, we’re heading to the hospital, and I couldn’t be more excited to start this new chapter with my family. Before I take a short pause for maternity leave, I wanted to leave you with some inspiration and encouragement—because I know just how challenging it can be to balance everything, especially when working with neurodivergent children.

Burnout Is Real, but So Is Transformation
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you’re not alone. Many of us who work with neurodivergent kids, including those with ADHD, dyslexia, and anxiety, are deeply passionate about our work. Yet, the demands can leave us depleted. I’ve been there. That’s why I created Teacher Transformers – a program designed to help burnt-out teachers and parents regain their spark while creating a sustainable, flexible career.
Through Teacher Transformers, you’ll learn how to:
- Start your own online tutoring business.
- Use Science of Reading techniques to support every child’s learning journey.
- Set your own schedule and rates, giving you the freedom to prioritize your family and health.
The Power of Choosing Your Path
One of the greatest joys of running my own business is having the flexibility to plan my maternity leave on my own terms. If you’ve ever wished for the same freedom—whether it’s to spend more time with your family, pursue a passion project, or simply rest—I’d love to help you get there.

Taking a Pause, But Not for Long
I’ll be back to work on April 1st, refreshed and ready to dive back into supporting educators and parents like you. Until then, my incredible team is available to assist you—just email Lexi@teachertransformers.com.
A Little Humor Before I Go
We’ve been busy preparing for recovery and welcoming our new addition. My stepdaughter’s reaction to some of the prep has been priceless (check out the video below for a good laugh!).
For those who’ve been asking, here’s our baby registry link. Please don’t feel any pressure—your encouragement means the world to us, and we’re grateful for your thoughtfulness as we embark on this journey.
Thank you for being part of our community and for supporting our mission to improve every child’s reading ability while empowering adults in the process. I can’t wait to introduce you to our baby girl soon!
With love and support,
Lexi Limbert Soderberg
