Burnout to Breakthrough: Top Tips for Supporting Neurodivergent Kids and a Look Ahead to 2025
2024 in Review: From Growth to Gratitude
As we approach the end of 2024, I can’t help but reflect on what an incredible year it has been. We started 2024 as a family of four, celebrated milestones, tackled challenges, and are now eagerly anticipate the arrival of baby number three in February 2025. At our 32-week anatomy scan, we learned she’s already measuring in the 97th percentile at over 5 pounds! We are so excited to meet her and watch our family grow.
For those who have so kindly asked about our baby registry, you can find it here. Please know there’s no pressure—your thoughtfulness and support mean everything to us as we prepare for this exciting new chapter. 💕
Nesting, Organizing, and New Beginnings
This nesting season has me deep into decluttering, reorganizing, and prepping our home for what’s ahead. We’re currently transforming our older daughters’ bedrooms into fun new spaces so they can move downstairs. Their excitement about getting their own rooms is contagious! Once the transition is complete, we’ll get to work on the nursery for baby sister. At the same time, I’ve been pouring energy into my passion for education and creating resources for neurodivergent kids, updating my Teacher’s Pay Teacher’s Page and planning informational free seminars full of great tips!
If you want tips on Decluttering, I recommend Savannah Rankin’s new book: Declutter Your Home: A Step-By-Step Guide to Reclaiming Your Space, Reducing Clutter & Stress, and Enjoying a Home That Feels Like Freedom (Clear The Chaos Series) .
