I’m having a hard time

“I’m having a hard time” is really difficult to say.
We’re taught to deal with our shit, hide our emotions away.

Just Keep Swimming, there’s nothing else to do.
Everyone else is busy too.

Bubble baths, yoga, time for yourself,

Journal, meditate, don’t be a burden.
Don’t let people know how inside you’re hurting.

I know I’m not alone in having a hard time.
Simply saying that aloud still feels like a crime.
